A Christmas crib service was held at St. Margarets at 3pm on Sunday 11th December. It was well attended with the children being encouraged to participate in the story of the Nativity.
After the service, we adjourned to the Church hall for tea, coffee, biscuits, chocolate and of course, the perennial favourite of mince pies.
Father Christmas also managed to take off time from his hectic schedule and dropped in to give out a few pre-Christmas gifts to the children. These were gleefully received.
Here are a few pictures of the event.
